This fall, the Neponset River Regional Chamber is reactivating its Education & Business Committee (EBC) and is seeking dedicated members who are invested in the success of our students and the strength of our local economy. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the EBC partnered with local high schools to develop impactful programs focused on career exploration and essential soft skills training—equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly changing workforce. The EBC serves as a bridge between educators and business leaders, fostering collaboration to align educational initiatives with real-world workforce needs. As our schools expand offerings such as internships, work-based learning, innovation pathways, and career technical education, your voice as a business professional is more important than ever. Monthly meetings will be held both in-person and virtually, providing flexibility for participation.
